Griefing (online games)

When it comes to online “teamwork” games, no popular game is without its fair share of griefers and flamers. It sucks when you’re the victim of griefing, mostly because the person doing it to you is a better griefer than yourself. So, you have a hard time trying to get them back.

I have mostly found this in mods for Half-Life 2, such as Gmod and Sourceforts. One person steals and wrecks someone else’s creation, then that person lets off some steam by continuing the chain, and, after a few minutes, everyone is out to kill eachother.

Honestly, although griefing is kind-of a bad practice, it can be hilarious if done correctly.
